Hey lovely, thanks for the invite to play! I linked the Autumn and Halloween Asks here.
1. Bonfire— what is your favorite autumn activity? e.g.) pumpkin carving, festivals, ect. Actually my favorite fall activity is baking and candy making. I love pumpkin, zucchini and cherry everything, so as soon as the weather starts cooling off, I break out all of my bread, candy and pie making supplies. I give most of it away lol.
I do like pumpkin carving too but I don't do it anymore because I have a big orange cat named Cinnamon who hates holiday decorations. Like, insanely hates them, he's actually infamous in our neighborhood for it. Here's the rascal currently in the window eyeing the neighbor's inflatable pumpkin:
2. Full moon— what is your favorite candy? why? Chocolate fudge. I love making it and I love eating it.
3. Jack-o-lantern— do you get scared easily? why or why not? I do, but usually only if it's something that's real-life. Documentaries about serial killers or surviving something horrible like the Donner party will scare me for days. When I was a kid, Richard Ramirez, the Night Stalker, was in our neighborhood. It was all anyone talked about and I was terrified to go to bed every night.
4. Rainy— what's your favorite scary book or movie? why? My favorite scary book is The Mask of the Red Death by Edgar Allen Poe. It's very tense and suspenseful. My favorite scary movie is Alien, again because of the suspense, the jump scares with Jonesy the cat, and just the overall creepy vibes. I like stories where the Scary Things are only revealed at the end. My imagination goes wild and I end up scaring myself, like in The Thing. I'm such a chicken that ll only watch it if Mr. Littlefeather is home.
