the lego stuff is interesting to me because people getting up in arms about the prices are kind of missing the point.

the problem is not that they're overpriced for what you're getting (the general rule with legos is that 1000 pieces roughly equals 100 bucks, which these sets more or less follow), the problem is that you would think for a series aimed towards kids they would make sets that are slightly less elaborate so they don't need to be priced higher than a playstation 5.

so, you know, a kid could actually hope to get one.

I don't know that much about Lego so correct me if this is wrong, but don't they have different sets that are (slightly) cheaper and more kid-oriented? No kid is putting together a 2050 piece Lego Pikachu

adachi and cabbage is a sort of “ascended meme.” in the original persona 4, adachi mentioned disliking cabbage, and for some reason cabbage became a giant meme associated with him, to the point where in persona 4 Golden and various other spinoffs they added more mentions of cabbage and i think they retroactively changed it so that he likes cabbage now. it’s very silly

No worries, I removed the original post just to avoid any confusion. :3 Impeachment is after all a legal process and this is a democracy; nobody’s storming the White House and dragging him out by the ear (as funny as that would be to see) so it takes time to see action. But that said - if you’re eligible to vote in this next election, don’t let your guard down. The Trump-supporting set are the die-hardest of die-hards and they will see his impeachment as martyrdom, so it’s likely that someone with equally extreme views will end up on the ballot. Do NOT give them an inch. We don’t want to go through all this again. Vote in 2020.
