#econ 1010

I was thinking of taking econ 1000 and econ 1010 in the summer, as well as adms 1000 (online) and adms 1010. Would that be a heavy course load?

I don’t like any of those courses so my opinion would be biased lol. Last I remember though, ASMS 1000 didn’t have a heavy course load. However, please keep in mind that online courses are normally more work than in-class courses due to weekly submissions and such, well at least that’s what I found from my experience.

Sorry this may be a stupid question but I just wanted to be assured. Can I possibly take Econ 1000 and Econ 1010 at the same time?

Is taking econ 1000 and 1010 in the same semester a bad idea? I got two of the best profs and I do not wanna switch out I also dont know what other courses i should take since I am not positive about the program I am in

I can’t really say since I haven’t done ECON.

I haven’t done them simultaneously, but I don’t really see an issue. They both have a lot of concepts that play off each other and are really similarly structured. Just make sure not to confuse what is a macro concept and what is a micro concept. Also later on, the graphs of supply and demand get different depending on the perspective, so just pay attention to those.

can econ 1000 and econ 1010 be taken together in the same term?

Even though its not a prereq, should I take econ 1000 (micro) before econ 1010 (macro)?

I definitely recommend it because the first few chapters of macro are kind of drawn from micro concepts so if you take micro before, they’ll be much easier to understand.
