Thinking about Pariah which, as any who know me, know this isnt new.

But i am thinking about how he loves.

This is very Crown Royal brain mushbut.

Pariah throwing himself so wholly into loving Draco and being a new man for him because he has nothing else - because this weird dragon slayer dumbass decided he was good enough to help depsite the consequences. Who never truly thought of Pariah as bad, just a victuim of circumstances.

Thinking about Pariah paying this back in the au that Draco dies in - Giving this strange creature a home, a ring, a royal throne because a half-living creature has never taken the full force of the Time God's power for a ghost before. So he is gentle, and guiding, and there. Unwavering as a mountain.

Of course theres the juxtaposition of Pariah who kills and maims and harms to protect this love. To keep it safe. But thats just the nature of the beast, isnt it?

Because Pariah Dark is not a man who does anything in halves.
