What you see is scrambled egg whites with fresh chives, Ezekiel toast with peanut butter, rasberries, cinnamon and honey, and lox. That’s a cups worth of raspberries btw.

•4 am wake up (gentle awakening from deep slumber)

•15 min stretch

•20 minute meditation

•4:30a gym

•6am shower + get ready + read articles

7am write for an hour

•8am respond to work emails for my business

•9am research

•10:30 write up new product ideas, touch base with lab creating my eczema skin products

•1:00p work emails/touch base with investors

•2:30-3:00pm touch base with web designer

•5:00pm brain storm new launches and target dates

•6:00p yoga (instructor comes to home😉)
