Some session art from the first part of our finale in the mecha game...It was revealed that Arnou had previously been mech pilot named Adrian Blum who had been struggling with amnesia after he lost his previous team to a deadly fight with the EQOs (the big 'ol monsters we've been fighting) Arnou and his team were swallowed by an interdimensional EQO rift and Arnou was the sole person to return, barely having survived the ordeal. Our employers, EQO Defense covered it up and... Unkowingly, Arnou had been infected by the EQOs. This all came to light when our team investigated a derelict EQO Defense lab and found a stolen EQO "heart" that proceeded to use its telepathic abilities to highjack Arnou's brain. Cue lots of paranoia and aggression and friendly fire! The team narrowly managed to power of friendship the problem though.
