I like this Hermit cover. Honestly, it’s always good to see Hermit out of that disgusting jumpsuit.

You know, it’s been a while since I’ve seen a Mashima beach chapter. All his major works have one and I’ve yet to form a solid opinion on these.

Honestly, as sad as going to the beach for research might be, going just to oil up girls is worse. Homura’s reason is the best one.

You know, I was going to make a post about Valkyrie for April Fool’s Day and, seeing that Shining Stars can tan easily, I’m glad I decided not to. (I still might, but I bet someone will make it unironically.)

It feels weird that Witch feels subservient to Weisz. I feel like she should only be this way with Shiki and I’d like to think he wouldn’t do this.

You know, I’d like to think that we’re going to get an explanation for why Homura sees hot environments as good places to train, including baths.

Sylph and Jinn are cute siblings. It’s fun watching this at the same time as Oregairu.

I love Mashima every now and then. It’s two page spreads like the ones in this chapter that remind me why.

Is fandom going to make Sister X Weisz a thing? I sure won’t but I’m not putting it past people.

I haven’t decided if I like Shicca yet, but chapters like this make it hard. But like can we please call this ship something other than Shicca? I’ll propose “Bluebell“ because Bluegarden and Granbell.

I love the touch of Pino being concerned about something that bots wouldn’t need to be worried about.

In Shiki’s defense, lobsters are pretty close to bugs in taxonomy. (I think. It’s been years since my last biology class.)
