Edge of VENOMVERSE has some cool potential (it’s an obvious rip off of the excellent “Spiderverse” arc) but honestly, 80% of the interior art is way too cartoony/anime influenced for a title this dark. I mean the writing is fully aware of the quasi-goofy tone, but personally, I think if they just went balls out, and got some decent art, and smoothed out the character bugs while telling the story, it could be great.
