Instructions: Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Dip each mint leaf into the melted chocolate, ensuring it's evenly coated. Place the chocolate-covered mint leaves on a parchment paper-lined tray. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or until the chocolate hardens. Carefully peel off the chocolate leaves from the parchment paper once they are set. Use them as elegant garnishes for desserts or cocktails.
