so we were hanging out with some people the other day, and we all laid our mental instabilities on the table. ryan said "I have two others", and one of them said "I have 269", so we thought we'd have a new friend who gets us. until he started saying "yea, there's sexual, angry, confusion, happy, afraid..." then the whole time, he was just groping our other friend and all he said was "it's confusion, just let it happen" am i a bad person for not wanting to be around that? am i a bad person for thinking they're faking?
Know what's fun? When one of you is talking to friends and just getting along fine, then suddenly they just... POOF! And then the people they were talking to are concerned because you just collapsed, and are now convulsing and are just not responding
I don't know if it's just me but no matter the situation, laying down will always calm my system down and can actually cause all 3 of us to entirely lose track of time and space
"Normal" existential crisis: what am I doing with my life? I'm already at this point and done nothing worthwhile
my existential crisis: oh no what am i doing am i even the one doing it this isn't my voice these aren't your hands whose body is this what is going on what is real
So @xxpurplebutterflyxx was wondering what our headspaces would look like. After much deliberation, this is about what we came up with for each of us. So let’s break them down piece by piece. Ryan -- Mine is pretty much just a bedroom you could find in 21st Century American Suburbia. There is a bed (in my case a futon, don’t judge) with my Mangle plushie, a TV connected to a PS4, WiiU, Nintendo 64, AND SNES. There is also a shelving unit for assorted knick-knacks and a window for aesthetic. Pretty run-of-the-mill Edmeir -- My headspace “room” is exceedingly simple. A bed and some knives mounted on the wall. When the others talk about me, people get the impression of this complex, intimidating being. But in actuality, I am the exact opposite, and this reflects that. Quinn -- my room is the best room. i’ve got my bed with my dream catcher and my “friend” nearby (yes i am keeping this pg thank you very much), some tarot in a love spread, a bunch of books, and my altar. also a handy little bag of gems because why not One last note. We are aware there aren’t physical rooms we go to when not fronting. It was just a nice little thing to think about and throw together. also ryan drew all of them and desperately needs a drawing tablet
serious question
so the three of us (ryan, ed, and quinn) have accepted us being a system as truth. we have accepted having DID (dissociative identity disorder) as truth. but something that has been bugging us for a while is…. are we real? is one of us just faking? are we just a figment of someone’s imagination, just trying to seem like they have this disorder? not only that, none of us remember any possible cause for the dissociation. this scares me…
For anyone confused about the last few posts, let us clarify. Ryan, the one who is usually on this blog, is currently dealing with a sudden onset of depression. So, to keep them safe, myself and Quinn will be taking their place and run this blog as best we can until we feel they are stable again. Thank you for understanding.

p.s ed's pronouns are he/him and mine are she/her. thank chu
