Eddy's such a crazy adrenaline junkie and I love it. He's so impulsive, a risk-taker, and it feels like he just really loves living on the edge, he's addicted to it. He's a natural adventurer.
The scene in "Eds-Aggerate" (season 1, episode 23) where he's in the armchair enjoying being thrown away through the air while he screams "We're gonna be rich!" always makes me laugh so much, and Ed and Edd watching him with a serious expression is the icing on the cake to me (mostly Edd because it's Ed after all. After this, he just smiles and says "My turn!"). The way they're looking at Eddy flying, it seems like they're thinking "Yep, he's out of his mind".
And there are other examples of this, but I was rewatching some scenes from Big Picture Show, and bruh, the scene on the Ferris wheel... he's just enjoying it so much. I hadn't noticed that before. While Ed and Double D are scared, he's smiling the WHOLE time, and he's so excited he even shouts "Yee-haw!".
And he keeps smiling even when they're about to hit the sign. Eddy's so funny and crazy. Sure, he doesn't like getting hurt after the experience, but he likes the feeling of taking a risk. He seems to be especially attracted to being thrown through the air.
