A fantasy au that sees Chrissy as a queen/princess of the Kingdom of Hawkin. Eddie lives in a giant castle in the dark forest called Hellfire with a large moat of terrifying creatures (demo-dogs and demobats, etc). Edward is a warlock known for causing mischief in the kingdom, and the whole kingdom is mad at his shenanigans. They want to create a mob to invade his castle and kill him. But Christine simply goes over there and asks him nicely with a basket filled with home-made treats. Eddie is taken aback by her kindness and falls for her on the spot and stop being mean to the kingdom for her. Months later, Princess Christine invites Edward to become her new court mage because she really enjoys their friendship. But Hellfire is really far, and she has duties as a royal. She can't sneak out to see him all the time....not to mention she has been having weird dreams of a "demon" from a bedtime myth trying to take over the land.

These two were so cute!! I had to try to draw them, esp a small doodle of little middle schooler Eddie with a buzzcut at the talent show :) . I’d like to think that if they had a chance, they’d make eachother mixtapes so Eddie is listening to Madonna’s “Crazy for You” and Chrissy is listening to Black Sabbath’s “N.I.B” (”Touch me once and you’ll know it’s true”; “Some people say my love cannot be true”)
