After football training, Edward had decided to travel to the realm of magic to work on his magical abilities. Even though he would never have admitted it in front of his father, he loved magic and made rapid progress. It was not much longer and he was on the same level as Alden.

However, since Alden had a hard time admitting that Edward was doing something well, or even a little better than he was, it didn't exactly help to improve the relationship between father and son.

Since he had forgotten the time, Edward did not come home until around midnight.

Alden was already waiting for him in anger. "Where have you been," he yelled abruptly as soon as Edward had entered the house.

Edward: "What do you care? Don't you have to fuck your secretary?"

Alden: "How can you talk about Rebekah like that? After all, she's my wife."

Edward rolled his eyes in annoyance. "But only until this blonde visits you."

Alden yelled, "That's none of your business. Get out of my sight."

Alden felt like his head was going to explode.

She sighed and began to kiss him tenderly.

He grumbled contentedly. Her lips caress the pain away. A little later they found themselves in his bed and she gave him a moment by the stars

Yumi and Alden were just getting dressed again when Rebekka stormed into the room. She immediately understood that her husband had cheated on her with the blonde beauty.

Rebekka: "You lousy asshole." Her voice cracked shrill.

Alden: "Now calm down, you bitch." His voice was toneless.

Rebekka: "It's over." She stormed out the door.

He ran after her to the front of the house. "What the Watcher, is your problem?" he yelled at her.

Rebekka: "Have you ever loved me?"

Alden: "Are you kidding me? You were barely employed by me for a day and threw yourself at my neck. We had fun, nothing more."

Rebekka: "How can you do this to me?"

Alden: "That's it, I'm getting divorced. Get out of my house." He turned around and slammed the door behind him.

Yumi enjoyed the scene. As Marquis said, Alden is a fool and easy to manipulate. Almost too easy.

Yumi: "I think I deserve a treat."

Only Bonehilda mourned for Rebecca.

A few days later in Ciudad Enamorada ...

Michaela met Katharina for a drink at the Laguna del Abrazo Lounge.

Michaela: "Is there anything new from Grace?"

But the vampires want the power of the Source for themselves. Our ancestors had tried to live with the vampires, reaching out to them. But it was the vampires who started the war back then and it is still vampires today who cannot live peacefully with us. We have been attacked and killed for weeks. And by the way, genocide means that the population, the culture, the language, everything that makes it up is destroyed. There can be no question of that with the vampire. They multiply, their stories and legends are still told today." She paused. "Jana, I can't believe you fell for these lies."

Jana screamed hysterically: "You're a racist."

Jana held her breath and let Edward continue talking without listening to him any more. Forgotten Hollow. She had already read that the vampires lived there. Now she had a reason to check it. She had to pay Uncle Alden a visit.
