They're a Geometric, "Banana" and Ribbon Moray Eels from left to right and they have 0 braincells combined 👍🏼

In water they breathe like eels do which is passing water through their gills by swallowing constantly, and outside they use lungs via the holes in their chest (kinda like ikran do in avatar)

Moray ell dragon design - left is the diluted colors of what she could look like in deep ocean water, since reds, oranges, and yellows all dilute the deeper you go into water. The purple on the fin ripples with movement in a subtle bioluminescence.
