I am once again rewatching Person of Interest :')
started Kentucky Route Zero, on act 1 - scene 2 and it's tripping me, the names in spanish referencing Gabriel García Márquez, then the people disappearing giving strong Pedro Páramo vibes. I know nothing about this game and I'll keep it that way until I finish it. Just a thought.
I've been thinking and doing some deep and serious soul-searching, and I've come to the conclusion if Remedy ever give Kiran a bigger role than in The Lake House, interacting with a few other characters, interacting with women, that's it man. That would be it for me.
Jesse and Emily would have their first place threatened if not outright taken.
playing Stray Gods has been nothing but me going "omg she's tall"
hi!! big fan of your work here. since you're re-wathing PoE, i'm curious - how poorly did the topic of ai age? i'm considering re-watching myself and i'm just collecting opinions of people who i think are cool :D
The show definitely failed to account for the impact of any sort of generative/LLM type of "AI", but the show was more about surveillance in the hands of powerful entities, and that still remains most relevant, at least to me.
The most ridiculous part is everyone in charge genuinely feeling like they're doing it for "good" rather than wanting to destroy the people they hate.
What REALLY aged like milk is (imo) Finch being a "good" billionaire. That plot point was always funny to me, and nowadays he feels like something out of a fairy tale. He's the most unbelievable part of the show, and with each passing year I feel like hitting him with each and every one of the books in his library.
But I still love him! I can never get enough of Michael Emerson's performance on such a conflicted character.
Finch, Root and Shaw (and Bear) are why I always re-watch the show 🥰
that closeup of Jesse, Dylan, and Emily made me shout "YESSSSSSS!!!!!" THATS SO EVIL, I LOVE IT!!!!! :D :D
thank you!!!!
it was one of my favorite parts to think about and draw!!
the pain was so sweet aaah
Video game asks!!! #40 :)
40. Best game cover art.
Tough pick, I don't have much memory of an iconic one.
I'll be predictable and say Control and Mass Effect 3 with FemShep because redheads.
