hello! terribly sorry that Maya and I haven't been doing anything on this blog lately. I've been busy with school, and have fallen into a mini state of depression. I seriously have no motivation whatsoever and all I want to do is sleep my days away. it's a struggle to literally get out of bed, get dressed, and go suffer through school. so yeah, sorry. I promise I'll try to get those imagine requests done and published asap!
as for Maya, I want to say she is also busy. I haven't spoken to her since she got back from her little trip, so I don't know. but, I'm sure she is busy as well. we'll be more active soon, I'm sure! hopefully you understand!
I'm sorry for not being on at all lately. I could make up all the excuses in the world, but I want you guys to know the truth.
Also, between friends, there's a lot of drama going on right now. (I had my first kiss yesterday, soo~... Still not sure what to think of that!)
And so because of that, I've lost all motivation to write. My mind is just so... So messed up at the moment, that I really don't know what to do about it.
I will most probably be back to writing by the beginning of next month. Until then, please bear with me. I love you all so much. <3
A continuation for mysandyromance on eemageenation's blog:
It was your very last day of your shadowing internship that you had obtained in Paris for two years; and your punky co-worker had just asked you if you wanted to go to a concert later that night. Since, it was your last night and you had finished up all the work you had left, you figured that it was okay for you to join her in her antics.
So, throughout the day you two wrecked havoc on the streets until it was time to go to this concert and see this band that your friend talked non-stop about, however never actually clearly stated who they were. You two arrived just as the first band was going on, and you almost all but died when you seen who the opener was. The band was called Pierce the Veil...and it was Mike’s band. Your Mike. You screamed like you were being murdered and you pushed your way to the front, throwing ‘excuse me’ and elbows left and right. You hadn't seen Vic or Mike in two years face to face and it was time. As people cleared a path for you to go to the barricade, obviously attention was attracted to you and Vic strained to see what was causing such a commotion while continuing his song. Once he realized who you were and you waved, a huge grin spread across his face. When the song finally came to an end you were reeling from excitement. You were on your tippy toes trying to catch a glimpse of the hidden Mike behind that beat up drum kit of his.
You caught sight of him just as he was readjusting his in-ears and a big toothy grin covered your face. Vic teased into the microphone, “Oh Michael..., I have a surprise for you-,” as he grinned into the mic and looked over his shoulder towards his brother you could see the bass and guitar player point to you out of the corners of your eyes. But, all you were focused on right now was your best friend that you had waited so patiently to see to notice you; and when he finally did it was the best reaction that you could have possibly dreamt of.
Once Mike had caught sight of you, he screamed, “No way!” and jumped over his drum kit, off of his stool. He then proceeded to order the security guards to get you up on stage and once you were up he squeezed you so tightly you didn't think that you would be able to breath. Not being able to breathe had no effect on you, though. Because nothing mattered. You were back with this man that had made you feel more at home than anything else.
You were interrupt from your hug by ‘awwws’ from the crowd and the guitarist saying into his mic, “Well, hello Miss Ladddy.”
Followed by the bassist saying, “Look at Mike’s ladddy friend.”
But, the real music to your ears was when Mike grabbed Vic’s mic and said, “No, Jaime. This is my girlfriend of two years.” as Mike said this the two of your were grinning like mad men and Mike was tugging on your hand so you would follow him back to his drum kit. He held up a finger as a sign for you to wait; and you did while he went side stage to scrounge up a pair of earmuffs and a stool for you. He did in no time and soon you were sitting by his side while Vic yelled, “OKIE DOKE. LET’S GET THIS SHOW ON THE ROAD!” With that, the set was back on track, and there you were to oogle over your lover and share looks of amazement and shock towards your friend who was now front row, eyes locked with Vic.
As soon as the set had started, it had ended and soon it was time to get off the stage. You did so as the crowd egged you and Mike on. He offered a piggy back ride, and you gladly accepted, leaving the stage with a roar of cheers as you stepped outside to the white van that the boys were calling home.
Mike set you down on the ground but you immediately had him into a bone crunching hug. “Dude, I have missed you soooo much. I don't think you understand the magnitude of how much I've missed you!” you yelled towards the sky.
“No,” he chuckled, “I think I do know.”
“Oh. We ALL know!” Vic yelled as he was approaching you two followed by the rest of the band. You looked up a Mike questioningly. He gave a shrug with a grin. “He was so mopey,” the bassist said while he and the guitarist acted out what you thought was supposed to be Mike acting pessimistic. You let out a giggle.
“Shut up, Jaime!” Mike interjected, “in my defense. The other half of me was away for two years. What’s your excuses? Tone?” You and Vic both let out an ‘ohhh.’ while the two men that you now known as Jaime and Tony let out chuckles and light punches onto Mike’s shoulder.
After the joking, greetings, and catching up you all decided to head to the nearest hotel for the last night that you all were spending in Paris. As you and Mike were walking hand-in-hand behind the other boys through a courtyard; Mike yelled to the others that you two would catch up to them in a little bit that he wanted to show you something first. You stared at him questioningly. He sat down on a bench and patted the spot next to him. You slide down next to him and waited for him to say something.
“I just wanted to make this moment with you special. I wrote you this song, well Vic wrote one verse...but the rest is mine; and it’s based off of us. This is the first time anyone will be hearing it and I wanted the first to be you,” with that he got a set of headphones out of his pocket and handed them to you. While you put in the earbuds, he set up the song. As the song started you rest your head on his shoulder and the words started to sing into your ear:
Were you honest when you said, I could never leave your bed?

You could feel your best friend tapping out a drum beat on the hood of your sweater while you scribbled to him your note. As you scrawled out your last “n” you threw the note over your shoulder and waited in anticipation for Mike to write back to you. You were worried about what his reaction to your news would be, so you were actually grateful to be in a silent study hall. You tapped your foot and wiggled in your seat trying your hardest not to whip around in your seat and either burst from excitement or cry from anxiousness. Finally, you felt a piece of paper slip over your shoulder and you felt Mike’s hand lightly pat your shoulder and then slip back down your back until it was laying on his desk again.
Under your:
I did it! That guy loved my collection and I was invited to shadow at a firm in Paris after graduation!
Mike had wrote back in his chicken scratch:
That’s great, I told you! I totally knew you would get the internship from the fashion designer’s dream competition! There’s just one problem….what am I supposed to do here without you?
You just stared at where Mike’s pen had drew out a squiggle for a question mark while gnawing your lip wondering how to respond. After a long enough wait you looked at the clock and decided you had better write something before time was up and you couldn't hide behind the paper anymore.
I know exactly what we'll do. We will go on that cross country road trip. No rules, no direction. And we'll run away from this town, from them. We’ll be another one of those ghosts that travel endlessly….
Once that response was out of the way you recieved a quick answer from Mike.
Girl, pack your Pjs because we’re going on a road trip! ;)
As soon as you finished reading, the bell rang; marking the end of the day. You got up slowly collecting your things and walking towards the ‘grinning-ever-so-cutely’ Mike who was waiting for you at the door. You two didn't even need to say anything else. You just needed to walk next to each other, Mike's arm draped over your shoulder loosely as you walked to his car. Knowing that you were going to finish this Senior year with a bang and move onto your road trip and time you had together.
Well! You pulled it off! You had finished out High School. (You with high grades and Mike just scraping by, but that’s how it always had been.) You were also just coming to a close of your major two month road trip that you had shared with only Mike. Living and being around Mike was not what you had expected it to be...it was better. You were positive that you would have wanted nothing more than kill Mike and to jump onto your flight and head to Paris by the end of the trip. But, you actually found that it was insanely hard to even think about leaving him. But, this was it. You had checked your luggage, and it was almost time to pass the point in your trip where Mike couldn't follow you and you felt like you almost just couldn't do it. But, it was for the best for your career, and it was only a one to two year internship; and who knows? It could fail miserably and you would be back soon with Mike before you knew it.
You decided to be the one to break the silence. “Alright. It’s time. I’m going away for a while. But, I’ll be back. Don’t try to follow me!” you tried to insert a joke to lighten the mood. But, when Mike just gazed back at you with the saddest brown eyes you had even seen you knew the joke had failed so you just continued to babble. “Hey,” you whispered, “I’ll return as soon as possible. I’m just trying to find my place,” you trailed off.
“Can’t I come with you?” he mumbled looking at your hands that he was holding with a light grip.
“You know how much I would love that, Mike. But, it just doesn't work like that. Besides, I’m strictly going there for work. You would be bored with my ‘fashionista talk’, as you like to call it,” you smirked. But, when he just continued to stare at your hands like it was his job to rub patterns on tops, you continued to fill the silence after an elongated pause. “You know...my Gran once said that ‘Pain is just a simple way of compromise. So we can get what we want out of it.’ And what I think that means for us is that I'm going to work super hard at this fashion thing. You work super hard at the band thing. We both come out of this with amazing results and we reunite.”
You shut up now, not really knowing what else there was to say. You were just going to stand there in silence until security or someone would come to rip you away from Mike to get on that super expensive flight that your boss had paid for. But, as it turned out; you didn't have to wait in silence because Mike opened his mouth.
“I know this is for the better and that this is what you need in your life. That this is an amazing opportunity for you. Or at least that’s what I keep telling myself. But, I really hate your boss right now.” You both let out a anxious giggle, but you both realized that your time was quickly coming to an end. So, you just clung to him and you and talked into his shirt.
“It’s not like I'm dying. I’ll be able to call you, or e-mail you, or write you letters, or SOMETHING," you tried to not only convince him of, but yourself.
“I’ll be expecting them…” he assured.
“Hey! It works both ways, Mister,” you teased.
“I know, I know,” he chuckled
“Oh, hey-a, Mike?” you asked hesitantly.
“Yeah?” he said quietly.
“Don’t forget about me, yeah? Just wait for me and I'll wait for you and then we can be together for however long you aren't sick of me?” you suggest looking fully into his eyes.
“I’ll definitely be waiting here for you. You're my home girl. Besides, who else could I possibly have more fun with, get into more trouble with, or be partners in crime with?” he joked back.
“I don’t know. But, let’s not figure out!” you laughed out. “Then you caught the time; and panicked a little. “Okay, Mike! I have to go! Love you,” and with that you kissed him on the cheek and turned to sprint away towards your plane. But, not until he leapt towards you and squeezed you tightly and kissed you on the lips before setting you down to let you run again. As you were running you turned around and blew a kiss that he caught and put to his heart smiling as he mouthed 'love you too.'
