I've been reminiscing, wandering through videos of this storm from ten years ago. Luckly, it missed us by about two miles, but it came within 100 yards from our old home. I'll always remember December 26, 2015.

Video of April 9, 2015 Fairdale, Illinois EF4 tornado taken by former resident Clem Schultz . No gore, no human speech, just storm sounds. The last few seconds was the house collapsing on him. His wife Geri was downstairs and died in the collapse. Get downstairs get downstairs GET DOWNSTAIRS! was my reaction.
This was the tornado that wiped out an entire town and killed two people. that I posted about last year on my old tumblr. Sucker was two counties away from me-- too close for comfort.
