“Mm. I know~” Adaline nodded. The topic had been about her scars, the multiple little needle marks that lay across her arms and body as a whole. They were faint but the scars had been there since she could remember. People would often call her a monster for various things. Strangers would call her a monster for so many things she lost count, sometimes it was just nice to have someone tell her otherwise.
Adaline would smile to him and hug him lightly. “Thank you, dad.” She smiled happily as she’d press closer.
