In a pressure cooker, this quick and tasty mozzarella dish is cooked to perfection. Perfect for a tasty meal with little work.
Ingredients: 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded. 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved. 1/2 cup black olives, sliced. 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Spread out the shredded mozzarella on the bottom of the pressure cooker in a single layer. Put cherry tomatoes cut in half, black olives sliced, garlic minced, and basil chopped on top of the mozzarella. Season the food with salt and pepper and drizzle it with olive oil. Set the pressure cooker to high pressure and make sure the lid is tight. Make it in the oven for five minutes to let the cheese melt and the flavors mix. Carefully let go of the pressure and open the lid. Make sure the melted mozzarella covers everything by giving it a gentle stir to mix the ingredients. Enjoy the gooey goodness while it's hot!
