My husband and I really like these nonstick silicone egg molds. We received 4 of these, which is great because without these he can only make 2 eggs at a time, since they run everywhere. My husband is the egg cook in our family and makes excellent over medium eggs! With these he first sprayed them with non-stick spray. When making fried eggs, he always breaks the eggs into a cup (one at a time), then while holding down the silicone ring he pours the egg into the ring, then repeats until all 4 are filled. To get the top of the eggs cooked, he never flips the eggs. He uses olive oil and holds the pan to the side and splashes the hot oil on the top of the eggs (with a spatula), which cooks the tops just the right amount. Our eggs are coming our perfectly circular and look and taste amazing. Of course, he places the cooked eggs on paper towels to soak up extra oil before transferring his to a plate, and mine onto a buttered piece of toast. We have also made home-made breakfast sandwiches with these egg ring molds. We just make biscuits (or use toast if we don't have biscuits). Then we add a piece of cheese and warmed up piece of ham, or some bacon. They taste so much better than buying them already made from fast food restaurants.
