Ingredients: 1 cup eggnog. 1 ripe banana. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1 tablespoon honey optional. Ice cubes.
Instructions: Cut the ripe banana into slices. Put the eggnog, Greek yogurt, sliced banana, ground nutmeg and cinnamon, and honey if you want it, into a blender. Putting some ice cubes in the blender will make the smoothie colder and thicker. Blend the ingredients together until they are smooth. Get a glass and pour the Eggnog Smoothie into it. Add a little ground nutmeg on top to make it look nice. Enjoy! Serve cold.
