Imagine Cas being worried when he's knocked up, cause angels always have a lot of eggs, a whole flock of them, and he's worried that it's more than two in his case too, even if they are half-human, cuz for one it's gonna be painful to birth them and two, he's not sure what Dean would say to more than one baby, he's not even sure how to bring that up.
