im way too into eggs these days. i bought like 18 eggs (1 full and 1 half carton) last time i went to the store. i plan to eat them all by next week.

Just saw it via the SE fave cookbook round up, which is underwhelming for my tastes/pseudovegetarianism, but peep that recipe. I bet swapping out the fish sauce with vegetarian oyster sauce would work.
