good protein, super yummy, easy to make, and a comfort food

you can cook them like 50 billion different ways

they’re like 80 cals a pop

super filling (especially scrambled and fluffed up. you can even add more egg whites to give it more volume but not too many extra calories)

they taste great with cooked vegetables and are an acceptable meal to outsiders
