Sometimes, you have two cravings at the same time, and they can end up being combined!

I was craving some Eggy Bread (savory french toast) AND some grilled cheese - so rather than using normal toast for the grilled cheese, I used eggy bread!

I also got a pot of barbeque sauce for dipping it in!

It came out so nice and tasty! If you've ever got two cravings at the same time, feel free to try combining them! It can come out so delicious!

🇰🇷 🇯🇵eggy fried bread à la beetmeoff 🇰🇷🇯🇵 when I lived in Manchester I discovered eggy fried bread where you dip bread in a mixture of milk and egg to then fry in butter. Two things the english know how to do are breakfast foods and stodge; in eggy bread we have a beautiful marriage of both. In this recipe I've mixed in some soy sauce, blended garlic, kombu stock and nori with egg for the mix, dipped in the bread and fried it off. To finish off it is then topped with a sriracha tomato jam.

I really want some eggy bread right now and if eggs weren't so bloody expensive I would live off that shit if it were possible.
