“I would say that I’m lucky to not have gotten anything from that murderer yet but I feel like I may jinx myself.” Beck said, looking over to the person at his right. “What about you? Have you gotten anything weird yet?”

“Jesus, you leave for ten years in hopes that the town and people would get better and you come back to this.” Noah said and shook his head “Has anything about this place gotten better?”
Christian sat on the bench in the park, just thinking to himself and smoking a blunt. With everything going on he definitely needed it, even though he had been trying to stay away from even the simplest of addictive substances. Regardless, he needed to calm his anxieties and there was no way anything else would do it as well as weed would. He was caught up in his own head enough to not notice the person to sit down next to him until he caught a glance and almost jumped “fuck” he chuckled “sorry, stuck in my own head and didn’t notice you there.” he chewed his lip, feeling a bit awkward now before extending his hand “you want a hit?”

📝 STARTER CALL!
So, I know I said I was gonna do an open starter, but ... I’m a big fat liar lmao. I think it’ll be easier to get into the nitty-gritty with something more personal, especially since there’s so few of us. So, LIKE this post for a closed starter from Kyle!
"This, my friend, is why I’ve been MIA for the past week.” Penelope admitted as she looked around her now barren storage room. “Can you believe this used to be filled from wall to wall with crap?” She asked with a laugh.
The black haired girl sat patiently at the local coffee shop waiting for her order to be delivered to her. She got her usual green tea and a cheese biscuit warmed with butter. As she waited she stared at her phone not paying attention to the world around her, but completely engulfed in some article speaking out about the recent tragedies in the news. She didn’t know why she did that to herself, everytime she read the news it just made her sad and one thing Anastasia Silva did NOT do was cry.. in public. She set her phone aside, taking a deep breath in, looking up as her order arrived, she thanked the barista and took a sip of her hot tea. Ana heard the ding of the bell as the door to the coffee shop opened and in walked a familiar face. The girl smiled over to see if they would notice her.
“Fuckers” Oz mutter to himself as he quickly slammed the door to the club open. Of course none of his bouncers could come in for some pathetic reason, and of course he now had to stand here and deal with customers. It was the only time he had to somewhat control himself because he had learned from the past that he couldn’t make a profit if he threatened every Northie who came by. As he leaned against the wall he noticed the person standing there. For a brief second he wondered if he had hit them with the door and if they were now waiting for some kind of apology. The thought amused him as a small smile crept to his lips as a scoff escaped them “Anyone teach you never to stare?”
