Under the weather for the past few days but I did manage to contribute a little something for the planet today. I don't have to go that far how much plastics is ruining the planet. This is just at my backyard beach with around 4 m2 of area - this is just at the sand. The thing about cleaning it up is it keep on coming everyday. Plus the recycle company in Brunei having a hard time to accept plastic. Trash is one thing, imagine it breaks down into small micro pallets, eaten by sea creatures - or end up on our plate for consumption. I tried #EarthHour Signature Dish last night and it was exquisite! There was this salad which is spicy, sweet, with this lime taste... super delicious. And another was rattan shoot and prawn grill which is a big hit. Did asked the chef where can I get more of these, and he said all the ingredients are obtain sustainably therefore it is based on season. Meaning this dish is special just like EH and unique just like Brunei... 😂 #FoodPorn #EHBN #EH2017 #SavingOurForestThroughFOOD
