Good luck doing the blood thing! Very brave! People always say chocolate is good for getting your energy back afterwards, and lots of fluids.

Thank you! Apparently the Red Cross will provide snacks (probably including drinks) for after you’ve given blood. But, you know, if people say chocolate is good, well, then i’ll just have to be reasonable and eat some. Even if it’s a hardship.
