This week we're taking measures to actively protect ourselves and our emotional wellbeing. This will obviously look very different from person to person, but doing things that boost your own sense of positivity, optimism, creativity, and grounding will serve you best. Whatever little rituals or things help you do this will help keep you fortified when any number of obstacles or frustrations come your way this week. Drink that yummy tea that perks you up and makes you happy every morning, starting your day off with a moment of peace and contentment. Break out the coloring supplies and color some fancy coloring books or try sketching something. Talk with your friends or family (or even therapist) about the positive things going on in your life right now. Wear that outfit that makes you feel at home in your body and love yourself. What's important is that you are actively and intentionally *doing* something. Whatever it is, find joy in those things and that joy can carry you through.
