How often do you go to cons?

At least once a year. There are a few in Georgia so it’s pretty easy. Momocon, DragonCon, and Anime Weekend Atlanta (AWA) are all very close to where I live, and we have legacy booking in one of the host hotels for DragonCon. I mean this year we had to skip Momocon because we were in the middle of moving, but normally we attend all three. Sometimes we also go to A-Fest which is in Texas, but we also skipped that this year.

By we I mean myself, my wife @direfoxicorn, and our roommate @eikiji and sometimes her wife (who doesn’t use Tumblr)

As for the probable next question, I don’t cosplay but direfoxicorn and eikiji do (her cosplay blog is @eikijicosplay)

So in preparation to A-Kon, I'm watching a new series to have more to talk about with the Nerd Palace crew..

Fate/Zero.

...The voice acting's fine but wow this thing is sort of over-the-top drama already and I'm only one episode in.

Also what the crap with that one scene where they're just walking in slow circles around the guy, they look like they're going to eat him.

YES. Please play these games. They will leave you emotionally compromised over AI ladies. (Though fair warning, there is some kind of sketch stuff in the harem path if you play as a lady in Hate Plus that had me wincing. But still really good overall.)
