Ok this post sits in my drafts since 2023. I had this collage of BO Jaskier's lute details even it's not really his.
For me it represents a two-headed bird with wings wide opened under the rosace. But there are a lot of heart shapes in the untangled lines. Also hearts in chains. With the BO meta narration mirroring a lot the main series in the bard loves their beast, I had this idea that the double-head bird was Jaskier and Éile as the Sandpiper and the Lark, chained with impossible loves.
Also the second prophecy potentially linking them by the blood would have some echoes here.
