Eilos has hopped onto a rock near the water's edge and begun sporadically waving his arms out into the expanse. There was a tinge of desperation driving his movements and an expression to back it- why would he wish to summon her so quickly? Notably, he was trying everything within his power to stay quiet.
After a moment he quickly dipped down and squatted against the rock he'd perched on, glancing between their surroundings and the water's surface. He knew she'd be on her way soon; she's snuck up on him plenty. (drama!)
Something about the desperation of his movements and the look on his face made Gwen pause in her plan to spray water in the man's face. Over the.... how long had it been since he first started showing up consistently? She didn't have a calendar, but the change of seasons spoke of it being a little while. Maybe their interactions had become less aggressive and little more like a tradition between the two??
Either way, she watched him from the coolness of the bottom of the lake he seemingly hid behind a rock and looked about frantically. Well, this was going to mess up her meager plans for the day, she was sure of it! She'd never admit that might be a good thing... Gwen made a different choice than she'd planned a few moments before. She let go her camouflage as she glided in close. Closer than she had heretofore gotten to him. Essentially right against his side without actually touching him. Yet. Her hair she kept the color of the water and plants around her as if she were a part of it though. After a moment Gwen did poke him with a finger to let him know she was there, so she didn't spook him. If it was really serious, she didn't want to let whatever or whoever he was trying to avoid know where they were.
"Did you get into some bad business with the Fuzz or something? What's your problem?"

Phans, permit me to introduce Mar, Eilos, and Sade.
Group leader, Mar, is the little blue shit in the middle. Black tipped ears is Eilos and the only female of the group. And finally my precious baby (aka 'behemoth slab of beef' from my last post) Sade, is Mr-stone-face on the right. Oh and yes this is a legitimate size comparison. Eilos and Sade are both over 10 ft tall as are most of their species- a breed of humanoid bat ghost.
CHARACTER INFO BELOW
Mar:
status: leader
occupation: hunter poacher, collecter of rare things (inanimate and living)
abilities: basic ghost abilities, advanced alchemy, advanced ancient dark magic
goal: capture Dan Phantom, become the ultimate weapon
story: Raised by ghost monks, he is versed in all forms of magic, alchemy, and other practices of that ilk. He was shunned however once the monks caught him dabbling in the fringes of corrupt dark magic. Surprizingly, he does not begrudge them, thinking instead that the banishment was a form of freeing him to do as he pleased. He honed his abilities and eventually allied with a pair of brother and sister who shared his facination of all things rare and valuable. During a raid of Periha Darks castle, he found a ripped out page of an ancient tome. It was a spell for creating the most powerful creature of anicent lore. The most important componant was the fangs and vocal chords of a rare, legendary species: a vampiric banshee. After nearly a melenia of searching, one finally came into the world in the form of an adult male: Dan Phantom.
Eilos:
status: navigation, money handler
occupation: living dowsing machine, bounty hunter on the side
abilities: basic ghost abilities, ecto-signature sensing and tracking
goal: capture Dan Phantom, create a better life for her and her brother
story: She and her brother lived a povern life first under the master of their lair, Sonite and again once they fell under the reign of Prince Argon. One day a male, strong of scorccery stormed the castle treasury and stole the late Queen's circlet. Thinking they could ransom it back to Argon and Dora, she urged her brother to accompany her and chase after the theif. The male, Mar, took note of their gaunt faces and tattered rags of clothes and told them of his free, nomadic life and offered that instead of returning to Argon's lair, that they come with him. She made the decision for them to agree.
When Dan first arrived in the timeline disguised as Danny in the arc of The Ultimate Enemy she felt a lurching shift and realized that the banshee signature was tinged with a sharp, plasmic sting- the signature of a vampire. She immediately raised the alarm to the boys, but once they'd readied for a fight he was already gone, taken under the vigil of Clockwork.
Sade:
status: Mar's consulatant, voice of reason (mostly ignored)
occupation: strongarm, assists in tracking
abilities: basic ghost abilities, projection, energy reading
goal: protect his sister
story: Hardships can do some awful things to people, it can make them cold and bitter- crazy even. But not Sade. Sade took the hellacious hand he was delt and used it instead to make himself a better person. He does not agree with the raiding, the poaching, or the killings of his group, but he suffers through the deeds because he fears losing his sister.
Though they missed their window of oppertunity when Dan first appeared, Sade used his powers to read the energy where Dan had opened his portal and piece togther an image of him. Mar studies the image nightly and watches the Clock Tower in hopes of an opportunity to draw Dan out and catch him. Sade, however, dislikes it. He wants no part in capturing Dan and sure as hell doesn't want any part in the gruesome plans they have for him.
In the final battle he expresses this to Dan, pleading with him to flee, that he doesn't want to fight him. This is, of course, only wishful thinking as Dan is in no mind or position to back down.
