"Okay, last picture," Miko said. "We need to do something special for it," she added. "Like what?" Ei asked. Miko quickly pondered the question. "I have an idea. You stand next to me and then look at the camera. I'll get closer to you," Miko whispered as she moved nearer, their bodies touching. As she heard the timer countdown to one, Ei tried to keep her gaze on the camera as Miko told her to. Yet, just having Miko this close to her was making her feel nervous in a good way. And, unable to keep her eyes away from the woman beside her, Ei looked her way.

Flash, flash.

The moment she did, Ei felt her heart beating faster as she realized how perfect they looked together. How flawlessly and easy it was for her to let her guard down around Yae Miko.
