A loud cry can be heard, through Spooky Trails ground. El Calacera sleeping inside his well, heard very loud cries. Simply wanted to ignore it, but it was getting louder and louder. He groaned, using his spiky vines to get out of his little home.
*sniff…sniff*
Rabbid Yoshi whimpered in pain, hiding behind wooden boxes. Winces slightly, touching the cut from his hand. Everything hurts.. Blood dripped down his face. Tears leaked out of his eyes. Watery Tears and Blood mix together to form a small puddle. He wraps his arms around himself. Trying to comfort himself.
He felt something wrapping around his little body. He looks up and sees his partner.
“Calavera..??” he squeak.
“…Qué te pasó mi amor?” he spoke, licking his cuts from his cheek. Rabbid Yoshi frowns and mumbled, “Usted tenía razón..”
“Hmm..?”
“I said, you were right,” said Rabbid Yoshi.
“…Right about what?”
“Going to Peek-A-Boo’s territory, along with Valkyrie’s..”
“Ahh..”
“I’m so stupid..” Rabbid Yoshi mumbled, his ears faltering down. “Don’t say that mi Amor..”
“Is is true!!” Yosh sniffles.
“You’re not stupid..” El Calavera said, wiping away his partner tears. “At least the blood stop leaking out..”
“Mmm.. Give me two reasons why I’m not stupid then.”
“One, you’re goofy and somehow win any challenge..” he continues, “Two.. You’re smart in your own way..” he smiles, giving Yosh a kiss on the cheek.
“Calavera..”
“All those things I say are true. Now come love, we need to find bandages for your cuts.”
