Tyson La Bestia, El Perverso & Policeman vs. Robin, Arkalis & King Jaguar
Who’s who?
Tyson the only rudo in mask, Perverso in purple and Policeman in camo pants.
Robin in white/red, Arkalis in pink/gold and King maskless.
How’s the match?
Very good, this is above what I’ve come to expect from a Puebla opener. I may be a bit biased though as in recent weeks both King Jaguar and Arkalis have won me over. I’d also like to point out that for my money, this is the best Tyson La Bestia has looked since coming to CMLL. The ending to this match is really where they hit a rough patch, but I thought the rest of the match went off really well. A piece of work all 6 guys should be proud of.
Dalys, Tiffany & La Magnifica vs. Marcela, Sanely & Lluvia
Who’s who?
Dalys in her red/blue Panama 2 piece, Tiffany in all black and La Magnifica in black with some pink on the front.
Marcela in green/black, Sanely in blue/black & Lluvia in black and fishnets.
How’s the match?
Very good, another solid match for Arena Puebla. Love seeing Sanely again and she looked really good here. Her story of child psychologist by day and luchadora by night is one of the most interesting in the division. Magnifica who is an indie talent from Guadalajara made a surprise appearance. Hopefully this isn’t a one off, as she did a great job for someone who normally doesn’t work many CMLL shows. I’m not going to say I care much for Tiffany and Marcela/Dalys lived up to their names as the pillars of the division.
Olimpico, Kawato San & Tiger vs. Flyer, Esfinge & Rey Cometa

Olimpico in durag, Kawato in blue/silver & Tiger in orange/black.
Flyer in black, Esfinge in gold/white & Cometa in facepaint.
How’s the match?
Very good, It’s probably going to seem like I’m a broken record with all the very goods I’m handing out for this show, but I genuinely enjoyed most of this card from the opener to the main event. This was a nice fresh feeling match with these guys not appearing every week like Sagrado/Misterioso. Ending here was interesting and not just by the numbers, which helps this match as well. Really good stuff here from the final midcard slot of the night.
Mephisto, Valiente & Euforia vs. Caristico, Ultimo Guerrero & Bestia del Ring

Mephisto in red pants, Valiente in light blue & Euforia in green/black.
Caristico in white, Ultimo in blue/black and Bestia bald in white/black.
How’s the match?
Great, I love these types of matches because of the strange bedfellows it creates. This is a great time to do it as well since Incredible Pairs is right around the corner, happening in April if CMLL is to be believed. Who knew Mephisto and Valiente would make great partners? Hopefully they team in that tournament, because it was fun to see them here. Caristico/Bestia not so much, but Euforia/Ultimo fighting was pretty interesting and continues to stoke the flame that 2019 will be the year that Euforia leaves Los Guerreros Laguneros.
Gran Guerrero vs. Volador Jr.
Who’s who?
Gran in red and Volador Jr. in gold/green.
How’s the match?
Great, a very good singles match between these two. The main thing that soured it on any level for me was the ending. I won’t spoil it, but there is some awkwardness, but it doesn’t erase the rest of the match. Really loved the 1st fall and of course Gran Guerrero shows he is a powerhouse just like Ultimo about a half way through this match. This is one you don’t want to miss. A really fun singles match between the ace of sorts in Volador Jr. and the up and coming star Gran Guerrero.
