You woke up that morning feeling extra little, it took a moment or two for Lena to realise and quickly adjust the way she was talking to you, but she was a natural.
“I see I have my tiny one this morning,” you gurgled and laughed as she lifted you to a sitting position. It took a lot of strength for you to keep up right. Lena slipped a pacifier in your mouth, tutting as she moved your fingers away.
Lena turned on your favourite show you liked when you were at this baby-age and made sure you were in her view as she got ready for work.
Soon the brunette was dressed, and her hair and make-up were done, she came back over to you on the bed.
“You want a baba, sweet one?” You whined and just reached up at her. You weren’t hungry at all; you just wanted your mommy.
“Darling, mommy has to go to work today.” Lena had already called in sick for you, and Kara already had the day off, so she offered to come over and take care of you for the day.
“Mamamamaaaa!” you started crying and reaching for her. After very little debate, Lena texted Kara and before you knew it, you were strapped into your car seat and on your way to L-Corp.
Lena let Jess know to not bother her today unless it was an emergency before she sat down at her desk and positioned you to snuggle into her.
“Go sleepies little love, mommys got you.”
Soon enough you were napping, soft snores escaping your lips as drool began leaking onto Lena’s collarbone.
Lena took a moment away from her work to just run her hand over your hair and admire how sweet and little you were, and how lucky she was to hold you like this.
