Felarch of the Marcachi Dubh, vulgarly known as The Black Riders. These piratical Eldar are unusually disciplined and militaristic for ones of their ilk, holding to a martial code of honor and fighting savagely. Led by the Prince Ra’Tar, they have menaced the Eastern Fringe and the galactic halo for a long span. On occasion, however, they have hired themselves out to unscrupulous Imperials as mercenaries or privateers.
