this might not be the best solution but set a lot of alarms/alerts on your phone it helps me remember things a lot better than i would ordinarily (ie picking up prescriptions, buying concert tickets, doctors appts, etc.)

last year i would write what i needed to do on my arms, so i have to see it, and that seemed to kind of work? But I forgot to keep doing it. Alarms i don't think would work because, of course, my mind has trained itself to ignore and turn off any and all alarms from my phone as soon as they happen
