CR 13 LE Aberration
This purple-skinned creature is vaguely humanoid, but its neck is long and ends in a small, eel-like head with a drooping mouth and barbels. Six long tendrils grow from its back and hips, each ending in a triangular barb and visibly charged with electricity.
An elegen is a powerful zoanoid designed to channel the destructive powers of bioelectricity. Their body is studded with organs that act like living batteries, charging with enormous amounts of electricity and releasing it as deadly shocks or levitation. Elegens tend towards sadistic personalities, and they enjoy using their abilities to cause pain and suffering. Despite this, they are capable of working in teams with other zoanoids, as they are zealously loyal to the goals of their zern masters.

Special Abilities
Alter Ego (Su) An elegen can assume the form of a specific Small or Medium humanoid. This functions as the change shape special quality, except that the elegen cannot choose the form it assumes.
Electric Burst (Su) As a standard action, an elegen can create a pulse of electricity, dealing 13d8 points of electricity damage to all creatures in a 20 foot radius centered on itself (Ref DC 24 half). An elegen can use this ability once every 1d4 rounds. The save DC is Constitution based.
Overwhelming Shock (Ex) If an elegen deals electricity damage to an opponent with multiple of its tendril attacks in a single round, the attacks are treated as coming from a single attack for the purposes of overcoming electricity resistance.
Stunning Rend (Su) A creature that takes damage from two of more of an elegen’s tendrils in a single round must succeed a DC 24 Fortitude save or be stunned for 1 round. Creatures immune to electricity are immune to this effect. The save DC is Constitution based.
Tendrils (Ex) An elegen’s tendrils are treated as primary natural attacks that deal slashing damage. It may use them to disarm or trip opponents as a whip. Zoanoid Saves (Ex) An elegen treats Fortitude as its good save and Will as a poor save.
