A commission...? For me...?
With me not knowing how to be popular and trendy on the internet, I actually couldn't believe it when @the-kofiscrib messaged me one day, saying they were a fan of my work, and asked to do a commission for me. This is a commission, but then I would also classify this as a collab. Here's why: With my low income, I only offered a certain amount, but then wanted three characters in the picture. So as to be reasonable, I said they could do the line-work, and I'd colour it in... And I am actually proud of how it turned out. This picture really does justice with me and my two Kingdom Hearts dream guides, Riku and Terra. The artist was very flexible and understanding. Very personable and kind. Does great work for very affordable prices. Was actually very excited to see what my colouring would do to the image. This kind of artist (and person in general) is worth supporting. A Drawing For Y’all - Sleeping Beauty
It took me 3 days to do this realistic experimental drawing and I am so amazed with the results and so I thought I’d share it around the place. Y’all know who the dude is? It’s 18-Volt from Warioware (this is how he appears in the title screen of his and 9-Volt’s “Gamer” segment in Game & Wario). The girl in the purple nightdress is me. The scene is set in what is actually my bedroom in real life!
Realistic 18-Volt and Elemental-Dreamer! Oh My!
The only thing I recycled was 18-Volt’s face from the previous drawing but then I have also taken him a step further. A realistic interpretation of 18-Volt (and also myself) in default clothes. In hindsight, I think I needed to draw him a bit more buff in the arms.
