Thought I should jump in saying I'm vegan and Christian too! However I'm Seventh-Day Adventist and so veganism and vegetarianism aren't at all uncommon because in my church they are promoted as part of the "health message". You would think that's make it easier (and it does in some ways) but it's also really frustrating when people roll their eyes at me and think I'm just doing it for the church or for the health and which is really frustrating.

first up, YOUR BLOG IS AWESOME OMG i loooooove all of the shows you watch and i used to have a fandom blog toooo, and your tags are so useful and anyone who enjoys watching tv shows/movies (like literally all i do when i have free time haha) then check this girl out!!!

It’s awesome that Seventh-Day Adventists have a health message! i honestly don’t know much at all about it, but i do think that christians have a responsibility to care for and nurture the body that God has created for them! i can imagine that’d be frustrating though, especially if people aren’t making themselves aware of the cruelty that’s involved in the meat, egg and dairy industries! just keep reminding yourself that you know personally why you’re vegan and nobody else’s opinions can do anything to change that xxx

So what's actually happening in the 1D fandom? I see everyone freaking out but don't know why.

Zayn Malik just announced he will be leaving the band. Everyone’s taking it kind of hard. I really do want to say though that (at least from what I’M seeing on tumblr) I’m so proud of the 1D fandom right now. Everyone is being so supportive and understanding when inside they are probably crying forever. You guys are the best. I’m seeing so many really sweet messages and fans reaching out to try to organize ways to show their support and it’s all really heartwarming and I wanna cry a little bit. Again, you guys are the best.

for the stereotype thing i've heard that people from the northwest in general are very community oriented.

I don't really feel like we are? I'm consulting with my roommate right now and neither of us really get that feeling? But I don't know what it feels like to live somewhere else though, so maybe we are compared to others??? Interesting though, I've never heard that before.
