Gives nose/forehead kisses: reed. it’s how she wakes stella up each morning
Gets jealous the most: reed certainly has more reason to be jealous with the amount of men (and women) who hit on stella, but she knows that stella would never cheat on her, so she doesn’t really get jealous
Picks the other up from the bar when they’re too drunk to drive: reed’s usually the one doing the picking up, but it’s mostly because stella always gets flirty when she’s drunk, and ends up ringing or texting reed and being rather explicit
Takes care of on sick days: reed. she fusses over stella, whilst stella insists that she’s not sick and is perfectly healthy enough to go into work
Drags the other person out into the water on beach day: reed. mostly because she wants to see stella in her bikini, instead of covered up by her damn sarong
Gives unprompted massages: stella. she’ll go into reed’s office late at night whilst she’s working, and massage her shoulders and kiss her neck in the hope she’ll put down her paperwork and come home with her instead. works every time
Drives/rides shotgun: stella, because reed doesn’t actually own a drivers license, only a motorbike one. stella’s been on the back of her bike a few times though
Brings the other lunch at work: stella, though she often has ulterior motives
Has the better parental relationship: reed. despite having religious parents, her mum has always been incredibly loving, and was really supportive through reed’s divorce, and even when she told her she was dating a woman. her dad died when she was in her mid thirties, but she’d always been close to him
Tries to start role-playing in bed: stella. she always gets reed to try new things, and although reed’s not used to any of it, she loves the way stella has changed her
Embarrassingly drunk dancer: neither really, but there was the one time they went clubbing for dani’s birthday and stella started grinding up against reed whilst drunk in love played
Still cries watching Titanic: stella, but she hates admitting it
Firmly believes in couples costumes: neither really
Breaks the expensive gift rule during Christmas: stella. she never really wanted to agree to the expensive gift rule in the first place, but reed insisted
Makes the other eat breakfast: stella. reed’s normally too tired after all of her late nights at the office, whereas stella’s used to running on less than six hours sleep each night
Remembers anniversaries: they both remember, but reed plans much further in advance for them
Brings up having kids: they don’t want more kids. it’s something that was brought up early on in the relationship, because reed worried that her having children would put stella off. but whilst stella had never seen children in her future, she fell in love with reed’s daughters from the moment she met them. yet as much as they love their girls, they have absolutely no plans for any more
