I finally got around to re-drawing this elf lady that I first drew 19 years ago??! 😟 I’ve been meaning to since at least 2015, but never got around to it.

As you can probably tell, teenage me was very into the different CLAMP mangas and the long, stick-figure-esk style at the time.

A friend just noted that I am somehow continuing to make her more buff each time. I hope to someday reach her final form of a muscle elf lady who can bench press 4000000lbs.

Just thought about the frieren angle meme and my last digital art project. It reminded me and it helped me with this angle and I revised the sketch 🤣

My elf lady isn't looking up but the meme really helped because I softened the the jawline and the chin ✨️✨️

How I've missed drawing with colored pencils! I love unique noses--I think they look so elegant and sophisticated, though I don't see that association very often in media or artwork.
