The insidious thing about exercise is that it feels better the less you need to do it.

That is evil. It’s like a huge disincentive to those trying to get fit in the first place. Always these beautiful people running around talking about how great everything is and the rest of us suffering thinking we’re never going to be good enough, that we’re doing something wrong or are wrong, that we’ll never make it.

Dio must've been really bored down there and started contemplating the big questions of the universe. This was the one he spent the most time on and resolved to answer as soon as possible. He cheated a bit tho.
