Day 18 of #AlltheBooksJan - Normally Wouldn’t Read 📖📖 I don’t usually read a lot of poetry. It’s not that I don’t like it, but I don’t always get it. Last November my wife and I went to a poetry reading at UW. I surprised myself by really enjoying it. Canadian writer Elizabeth Greene was the featured poet and she read a number of her poems, also sharing some stories of her life and how these shaped her writing. We ended up buying a couple of her poetry collections, the two pictured here.
