[REGULATION] Oddly Specific Study Reports No Traces Of Samarium In Fishdog Food Factory's New "Varren Surprise"
via The Wards Courier The volus business conglomerate Elkoss Combine has published a report on behalf of their fast food subsidiary Fishdog Food Factory, stating that their new meal does not contain any elementary samarium or its salts at all. It’s not known why the report is being published right now, as Fishdog Food Factory has not been involved in any incident involving samarium contamination recently. It is also curious that the report specifically addresses the “Varren Surprise” meal only, and not any other meal offered at the fast food franchise. Elkoss Combine had commissioned the study from the Jaëto Hussop Memorial University on Kithoi ward. Our investigations in the matter have discovered that the study was conducted by a pair of chemistry undergraduates. Their names are being withheld to respect the students’ privacy. For the benefit of our readers, samarium is a lanthanide metal with industrial applications in making magnets and nuclear fission fuel. Historically it was also used in medicinal radiotherapy. No known species utilizes the element in their biology, and it is mildly toxic.
