(fuck i accidentally answered these for tamir before rereading the question so i’m gonna answer them for both)Tamir:59. What are their views on death? When you are brought back to him, your [knowledge](1) will be distributed to the world, leaving it more able to defend against the [wilds](2) than before you. One cannot be certain what lies beyond death but you will strengthen the bones of civilization, the constructs of our world, our people.
1. The word translated here as “knowledge” can also be translated as “knowing”, “belief”, or in some dialects as “future-thinking-of” or “foresight”
2. The original word here is one for the Old World and has been updated.
62. Do they enjoy being outside? Not enjoy, exactly. They see it as a grim necessity. It’s something that they must do to fulfill their duties as a cleric of Eliraz. They aren’t a huge fan of nature so cities and towns are fine places for them to be outside, they don’t so much like the woods and the wilds.
Meira:59. What are their views on death?Mostly their view is that it’s a thing that’s going to happen. They’re going to get buried either on their parents’ property or in the Eastern Cleft graveyard where their grandfather is. They have a will written up that they left in their room at home before heading out on the Incision expedition. They really haven’t given a lot of thought to what happens after you die because that’s an existential nightmare and they have things to do.
62. Do they enjoy being outside? They’re actually pretty okay with being outside. Walking in the hot sun is annoying but they like looking at the sky and lying on the ground. What they don’t like is that sand can get into their radio equipment.
