I find it very difficult to believe that I have zero posts tagged “jaws” on my blog given how every single time I watch Jaws (1975) I become reobsessed with Hooper/Brody/Ellen. Like here’s this guy, scared of water but living on an island with his beautiful wife, and there’s a murder shark killing people and he can’t get the fucking small town government to show any sense, and then this tiny bossy shark nerd shows up and is so funny and smart and ballsy enough to swear at the mayor and he brings wine and makes himself at home and makes his beautiful wife laugh??? What’s a New York cop turned island sheriff supposed to do if not fall in love and form a throuple??
