hii, guys @studyruels here I’m back with another master post about “pulling an all-nighter”, ya I’m still on semi-hiatus but I got more then enough time to do a small master post , so lets get started ~ pulling an all -nighter is effective only when you study a bit in the morning and you are having enough energy to work.
Think positive and do not stress -listen to music,bath at night to cool your body,think about why are doing it? and get started
avoid caffeine - coffee,black tea etc. may seem as the solution but it can harm you. instead take herbal tea, honey and warm water or something soothing.Note - if you are coffee addicted , you can take one cup of it,no more then it.
avoid your phone- keep your phone on silent mode, switch off social media and start/keep studying .
healthy eating=good all nighter- eat a light meal before a all-nighter , munch on some brain foods, fruits etc while the study session.
Is it really worth a night ?- make sure that the reason you are pulling a all -nighter is worth unavoidable like- study for finals, project due etc not for just normal studying or just for fun because sleep is important for your health.
start working , listen to music and stay hydrated.
