This is a piece from October last year, featuring Elnar, caught between so many mysteries and too little time to unravel them all. The black raven represents Alwyn, a shadow ever-present in Elnar’s life, clouding his vision. The white raven represents Prince Talvir, a historical figure known in Elnar’s time as “Tyranny’s Child.” The day he was executed, he’s said to have cursed the city that was once Löwenhall’s capital, but is now known as Stadt der Toten, the city of the dead. And yet, even after death, his spell lingers.
